Resu.AI
I designed Resu.AI, a resume-to-job-description tailoring app that improves ATS alignment and reduces time to apply

Background
Over the years, I have met so many talented individuals who still struggle to land jobs not because they lack the skills, but because they are unable to present themselves well on paper.
Resu.AI set out to simplify all of that. The platform allows users to paste their resume and a job description, and it intelligently rewrites, optimizes, and enhances the content for clarity, impact, and ATS compatibility. It gives job seekers a fast, confident way to put their best foot forward without spending hours editing documents.

Key Metrics
I ran research and synthesized 3 insights that shaped the app's flow. The key constraints I discovered were ATS compatability and clarity under time pressure.
Around 75% of resumes never get seen by a human (ATS rejection)

Job seekers submit 30–50 applications before an interview

Solution
Resu.AI became a way to give job seekers back their time while improving their chances. Instead of wrestling with wording and formatting, users simply paste their resume and the job description, and the AI reconstructs it in a way that highlights the strengths that matter most. The process feels less like using a tool and more like having a personal career editor who understands both the human and machine side of hiring.

Result
After launching the tool, the following impact was recorded:
Faster, Smarter Applications
Users who once spent hours editing resumes now complete tailored versions in a fraction of the time
More Interviews, Less Guesswork
Tailored resumes matched job descriptions more accurately, leading to noticeably higher interview callbacks.
Confidence Boost for Job Seekers
Users felt more prepared and in control of their job search, thanks to clear guidance and AI-backed suggestions.
The tool isn’t just helping people write better resumes — it’s helping them show up as their best selves in a highly competitive job market.
